Red light cameras in Amarillo are set to be the topic of a meeting next week.
It was announced this week that the Photographic Traffic Signal Enforcement Citizens Advisory Committee will be discussing red light cameras in Amarillo next Wednesday.
During the meeting, the board will discuss "matters relating to the photographic traffic signal enforcement program" during the meeting. The discussion will include statistical data and engineering analyses presented by the City of Amarillo's Traffic Department.
The discussion is the only item scheduled for the agenda. No citizen comment period has been scheduled for the meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 18th at 11:45pm at Amarillo City Hall (509 SE 7th Avenue).
