The Houston Astros picked up game five of the American League Division Series last night over the Boston Red Sox, setting up a showdown in the American League Championship Series.
Houston took the first two games of the division series over Boston's Red Sox and dropped game three in Boston, setting up some concerns that Boston may be mounting a comeback. However, last night, Houston picked up a 5-4 win over the Red Sox, sending Houston into the next round of the Major League Baseball postseason.
Two teams are currently vying to meet the Astros in the ALCS. The New York Yankees and the Cleveland Indians are currently tied at two games a piece as a winner will be crowned for the ALDS in tonight's deciding game five.
2017's ALCS will kick off on Friday, October 13th.
