Grammer Takes Big Fundraising Lead in Randall Court Race

Claire Grammer is outpacing her opponents in terms of fundraising in the Randall County Court at Law primary election.

As of the most recent campaign finance reporting deadline, Grammer reported raising $35,235 for her campaign. This amount includes a $10,000 donation from the candidate herself, in addition to several $1,000 donations from local donors.

Following Grammer is Paul Herrmann, who reported raising $4,150 for her campaign over two reporting cycles. This is in addition to $30,000 in loans.

Trailing the two leaders of the pack is Dallas McKibben, who reported raising $2,060. McKibben also reported $3,893 in loans to his campaign.

Finally, two candidates reported no contributions, but financial support by way of loans. Todd Hatter reported no contributions and $15,092 in loans, while Andrew Caleb Smith reported no contributions and $1,950 in loans.

The five candidates are running to replace the retiring judge, James Anderson, in the primary election. This primary will be decided on March 3rd.
