"The City of Amarillo Utility Billing department’s online and phone payment services have now been upgraded. If you are a current user of the one-time payment system or are enrolled within the online payment system, please note the following changes:
Please be advised that the phone payment number has changed to 1-844-722-6250. You will still be required to provide your utility account number and billing zip code to proceed with payment. Payment methods will include bank account (checking and savings account) as well as debit/credit card (Visa and Mastercard only). You will still need to provide your confirmation number upon payment to the Utility Billing office (806) 378-3030 if your payment is within 2-3 business days of your due date.
If you have saved links to your favorites, please refer to the City of Amarillo website for updates to the Utility Bill Online Payment Enrollment and the Utility Bill One Time Online Payment links. Any payment that has been scheduled within the old system up to Tuesday, August 15th, will process without issue. If a payment is scheduled past this date, please contact Utility Billing at (806) 378-3030 to cancel your payment and to receive information on how to enroll within the upgraded system.
Please note that these changes do not affect any current user within the E-Bill services or any customer that has an automatic bank draft."
