"The City of Amarillo Utility Billing department will be switching the online and phone payment system on Tuesday, August 1. If you are a current user of the one-time payment or are enrolled within the online payment system, please note the following updates.
Systems will be down for maintenance beginning 8 a.m. on Monday, July 31 through 8 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1. If you are a current user of the systems listed above, payments will not be reflected within the new system. Please note that payments can still be made in person, by mail, or through the night drop while these systems are down for maintenance.
Further information will be released Monday, July 31 with a new phone payment line and new online payment and enrollment payment links. If you have any further questions regarding your current account or changes that will be made within these online services, please contact Utility Billing at (806) 378-3030.
As a reminder, the City of Amarillo E-Bill will still be fully functioning and no changes will be made to this site."
