Utility Billing to Complete Transition Next Week, City Says

The City of Amarillo Utility Billing Department has completed the transition to a new utility billing system. Now that the transition process is complete, the Utility Billing Department will resume normal billing practices for bills due beginning in May 2019.

Customers can refer to the back of their utility bill for information regarding billing practices.

Utility bills can be paid online at billing.amarillo.gov. Bills can also be paid by phone at (806) 576-1932. Payments can be mailed in the return envelope provided with utility bills.

Payments can also be made in-person at Amarillo City Hall, 601 S. Buchanan. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
