According to her most recent campaign finance report, Hays took $5,000 from Amarillo Matters on June 8th. Hays also took contributions from the Amarillo Association of REALTORS, and several private donors following the conclusion of the election, totaling $8,450. The election was held on May 6th.

Hays went into the most recent filing period with $8,755.35 on hand and reported only two expenditures following the election, one for $4,692 and the other for $3,456. Both were to NoBox Creative.
