The Amarillo Center City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1 Board will meet this week.
According to an agenda for the meeting, the Board will consider an application for TIRZ incentives associated with a streetscape project for Happy State Bank at 701 South Taylor. The Board will also consider an agreement with Turner LandArchitecture LLC on a “Downtown Wayfinding Proposal.”
A public comment session will be held at the conclusion of the meeting.
