Center City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1 Board members will meet next week.
On Thursday, December 13th, the TIRZ Board will meet to discuss projects and issues related to the operations of the TIRZ district. Specifically, board members will consider a “revised” TIRZ board investment policy. A discussion over the Lofts on 10th and Tyler Street improvement projects will be discussed.
Also, during the meeting, a public hearing and update on new board appointments will be conducted.
The board will meet at noon on December 13th in Room 306 of Amarillo City Hall (601 South Buchanan).
