Amarillo ISD Graduations to be Live Streamed

Amarillo Independent School District graduations will be streamed live on the internet, this year.

According to AISD, this year will mark the first year that the graduations have appeared online. All four graduations will be streamed through LiveStream and Amaisd.org. The four graduations will also be shown on live television through SuddenLink, Channel 10.

The announcement was made as seniors are preparing to wrap up their high school careers this year. The theme of the graduations will be #FoundOurFuture and students are planning to attend over 1,100 different universities, colleges, military programs, trade school programs or other post-high school education programs. Tickets have already been distributed for the graduations and some last minute overflow space will be available at the Amarillo Civic Center.

Graduations will take place on the following dates:

  • Tascosa High School, 8 p.m. Friday, May 25

  • Amarillo High School, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 26

  • Caprock High School, 2 p.m. Saturday, May 26
