Band Featuring Amarillo Native to Release Album Next Month

A band featuring Amarillo native John Rich is set to release its latest studio album next month.

Big & Rich, featuring Rich and "Big" Kenny Alphin, will be releasing Did It For The Party in September. The band originally teased the release of the album earlier this year with the release of the song "California."

"Big & Rich" has been active since 1998 and has produced several country hits. In 2004, the band released its first studio album, Horse of a Different Color, which featured the hit son "Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)." Other hits from the band include "8th of November" and "Lost in This Moment."

Did It For The Party is set to release on September 15th.
