Adrian Bentley Nettles has been selected as the new head of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, according to the Texas Tribune.
TABC commissioners chose Nettles to lead the agency following a closed-door session yesterday. Nettles, a military officer and lawyer, is set to replace Sherry Cook as the head of the agency.
According to the chairman of the TABC, six candidates were interviewed for the position.
