A fire in southeast Amarillo on Monday drew the response from several emergency crews.
On Monday night, fire crews were dispatched to a house fire near southeast of the Interstate 40 and Interstate 27 interchange. Crews were dispatched around 5pm to the home, which was on fire.
According to information from emergency communications, the fire originally started as a grass fire at the home and eventually spread to the home.
A damage estimate has not yet been released by the Amarillo Fire Department.
