"Beginning Monday, Oct. 30, the right-hand lane of Buchanan Street between S.E. 9th Avenue and S.E. 7th Avenue will close for the relocation of a storm-water line. Traffic along Buchanan Street will be limited to the center and left-hand lanes. The relocation project is expected to be complete by Thursday, Nov. 2. This lane closure will not impact City Hall access via S.E. 7th Avenue.
