Randall Sees Dip in Voting Totals for Second Day of Early Voting

Randall County has reported fewer votes cast during the second day of early voting.

According to totals posted by County officials, 193 voters cast ballots in Randall County on Tuesday. This number is down from 217 votes that were cast on Monday, the first day of early voting.

Meanwhile, in Potter County, more voters turned out on the second day of early voting. 136 voters turned out on Tuesday in Potter County, up from the 122 voters who cast ballots during the first day of early voting.

Voters are currently voting to decide several propositions, including seven amendments to the state constitution, a Randall County liquor option, a Potter County special sales tax creation and a $100 million bond package for the Amarillo Independent School District.

Early voting runs through November 3rd. Election day is November 7th.
