Amarillo Republicans will be bringing a major political star to the Panhandle next year for the 2024 Amarillo Lincoln-Reagan Dinner.

According to event organizers, Eric Trump will be the keynote speaker for next year’s dinner. Trump, a New York business executive, is the son of former President Donald Trump. Eric Trump has been seen out on the campaign trail for his father and has been one of the former president’s top surrogates.

The 2024 dinner will take place on Saturday, January 20, at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex North Exhibit Hall. Doors will open at 4:30 pm, with the dinner scheduled for 6 pm. The program will begin at 7 pm.

The Lincoln-Reagan Dinner is hosted in election years by local party organizers and is a marquee event for Panhandle Republicans. In 2022, the dinner featured a keynote address by Gov. Greg Abbott, who was seeking re-election.

Next year’s event will also feature live music and a dinner catered by Dyer’s. The event is being hosted by the Potter County Republican Party and Randall County Republican Party, with support from Amarillo Republican Women, High Plains Republican Women, and Conservative Patriots 4 Texas.
