Local Restaurant Closes After Six Years

Joe Daddy’s is the latest Amarillo restaurant to close its doors.

On Sunday, Joe Daddy’s announced via a Facebook post its plans to close. The restaurant’s ownership thanked the Amarillo community for six years, but said it plans to spend the coming months focusing other Amarillo restaurants and businesses, including Joe’s Catering, Joe Taco, and Macaroni Joe’s.

“Our passion as a company continues to always be heavily involved in our community and helping make it a better place,” Joe Daddy’s said in a post. “That passion still burns within us, and we are excited about the future of Amarillo and Canyon.”
