Amarillo College Regents will consider approving a few software and system purchases next week.
On Monday, June 25th, the Board of Regents for AC will meet in the Washington Street Campus Palo Duro Room for its regular meeting. During the meeting, the board will consider voting to approve the purchase of SoftDocs Software, with an initial allocation of $214,493. Regents will also consider approving the purchase of a Touchnet Payment Processing System for $151,725 and a UPS hardware device at a cost of $50,673, plus additional costs of $31,851.
Regents will also hear public comments during the meeting, as well as financial and investment updates.
The meeting will begin at 6:45PM.
