Five Arrested in Online Solicitation of Minors Investigation

Five individuals were recently arrested in an investigation into online solicitation of minors.

According to the Amarillo Police Department, on April 19th, four adult males were arrested for Online Solicitation of a Minor, while another male was arrested for Soliciting Prostitution with a Minor. APD reports that the suspects allegedly reached out to the detectives, who posted as underage females online and arranged to have sex for money. Once the suspects arrived at the location, they were arrested and booked into the Potter County Detention Center.

The five individuals arrested were identified by authorities as Fernando Mauricio Godoy-Diaz, 19; Joel Castillo, 26; Aurelio Cardenas, 21; Thawng Cung, 25; and William Aikman, 55.
