The City of Amarillo has announced it will make more restrictions on curbside cart service beginning next week.
On Monday, March 4th, the City of Amarillo solid waste department will no longer pick up carts that are “improperly placed.” Officials say carts that are “improperly placed” will receive a written notice and will be photographed.
