Candidates will draw for a position on the ballot next week.
Individuals seeking the position of Amarillo mayor or any seats on the City Council will meet Thursday morning to draw for a ballot position at City Hall. The ballot drawing will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall (601 S. Buchanan) at 8:15AM. The drawing will determine the order in which the candidates will appear on the ballot in each race.
