The candidates seeking local office, in May, gathered at Amarillo City Hall to draw for a spot on the ballot.
Mayoral candidates and City Council candidates were present to draw for their ballot position. The ballot that Amarillo voters will see in May of 2017 will look something like this:

Candidates for Amarillo College Board of Regents and Amarillo ISD Board of Trustees will also draw for a ballot position soon.
Filed candidates for the Mayor and City Council positions may still withdraw their applications until Monday.
