Amarillo College Names Crowley New Dean of Health Sciences

Amarillo College had announced the appointment of the school's new dean of health sciences.

According to a release from Amarillo College, Kim Crowley has been named the new dean of health sciences for the school. Crowley is an Amarillo College instructor, currently serving as associate dean of health sciences. Crowley will succeed the retiring dean, Mark Rowh.

In a statement, Crowley said that she is excited to get to work for the students of Amarillo College.

“I’m looking forward to supporting our outstanding faculty and staff as this College continues to develop the kind of workforce that for years has provided our city and our region with an exceptionally high level of healthcare professionals,” Crowley said.

Kim Crowley holds degrees from West Texas A&M University and spent a decade with Baptist Saint Anthony’s Health System before coming to Amarillo College.

Crowley will begin her duties in September and will assume the role in January.
