Amarillo Convention Council Board to Meet

The Amarillo Convention and Visitors' Council board will meet on Wednesday.

According to an agenda posted to Amarillo.gov, the Amarillo Convention and Visitors Council board will meet on Tuesday to discuss a variety of topics. Board members will receive updates and presentations related to the downtown baseball stadium, as well as the Tri-State Fair and Exposition.

Members will also discuss legislative information relating to the travel industry and hotel occupancy tax collections in Amarillo. A public forum will be held following the presentations.

The board will meet on Wednesday, March 28th, in the Board Room of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Building (1000 S. Polk). The meeting is set to begin at 8:30am.
