The Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society is offering $40 vouchers for those who would like to spay or neuter their cats.
Cats begin reproducing as early as 4 months old. Irresponsible pet ownership can lead to overpopulation. The Humane Society is offering a solution through the vouchers.
Vouchers are available at the Humane Society (3501 S. Osage) for $40. The Humane Society will accept payment in cash or check.
