Those looking to help a pet find a forever home this holiday season are in luck.
The Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society's Holiday Adoption Event kicked off today at the Humane Society office in Amarillo. From now until Saturday, December 23rd, adoption fees are discounted to $25. The $25 fee includes the mandatory spay/neuter program through the Humane Society. Also included in the fee are: three rounds of shots, a rabies vaccine and a microchip.
