Randall County Commissioners Set to Consider Tax Increase

Randall County commissioners will be considering approving a property tax increase during their Tuesday meeting.

Commissioners will consider approving the tax increase that will bring in increased revenues to Randall County. Commissioners will not be considering changing the property tax rate, but will be considering approving the current tax rate with increased property evaluations by the Potter Randall Appraisal District.

Taxpayers can expect an effective 9.96 percent property tax increase, if commissioners vote to approve the new tax rate.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 12th at the Randall County Courthouse (501 16th Avenue, Canyon). The meeting will begin at 9am.
