Three players from the WTAMU Lady Buffs softball team have earned All-American honors from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
Ashley Hardin, Shea Ibrahim, and Allie Smith were named Division II Softball All-Americans by the NFCA on Wednesday night. The awards were given in Salem, Virginia prior to the start of the Division II College World Series on Thursday.
The awards won by WTAMU add on to the numerous awards won by the team during the course of this season. This season featured a strong performance by the Lady Buffs, who went their fifth-straight season with at least 40 wins.
