When "Smokey and the Bandit" hits theaters in its May re-release, Amarillo theaters will have fans covered.
The classic 1970's film starring Burt Reynolds will hit theaters again on May 21st and May 24th. The re-release is being presented by Turner Classic Movies to commemorate the film's 40th anniversary.
"Smokey and the Bandit" will play on the big screen at Amarillo's United Artists Amarillo Star Stadium 14 and the Cinemark Hollywood 16 theater.
Showings on both days are slated for 2pm and 4pm.
