Vaughan Picks Up CoSIDA Honors

West Texas A&M football player Dillon Vaughan has been named to the CoSIDA First Team Academic All-America for the second year in a row.

Vaughan was named to the team by the CoSIDA organization today, capping a year of awards by the player. Vaughan was named Lone Star Conference Academic Player of the Year for football this season, while also being named one of 22 football student athletes from all levels of football to the American Football Coaches Association Allstate Good Works Team.

The Division II Academic All-America program is supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structure to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards.
