The classic football film "Rudy" will be playing at a local theater this weekend.
On Saturday, the 1993 film will appear on the big screen at Amarillo's Cinermark Hollywood 16 theater. The film is set for showings on Sunday and next Wednesday.
"Rudy" stars Sean Astin, Jon Favreau, and Ned Beatty, and tells the story of Rudy Ruettiger, who played football for the University of Notre Dame, despite overcoming obstacles.
