San Jacinto Christian Students Clean Potter County Memorial Stadium

Students from San Jacinto Christian Academy were cleaning up Potter County Memorial Stadium, yesterday.

Last year, San Jacinto acquired a lease to use the stadium for their spring baseball season. And yesterday, students from San Jacinto's high school and middle school were busy preparing the stadium for the new season.

Students cleaned out the field, by mowing and removing trash. Students also worked to remove old advertisements from the outfield of the stadium. Several high school students worked to sweep and clean out the inside of the stadium, while others removed old food and equipment from the concession stands.

In total, students worked at the field from 12pm until about 4pm. Several parents were also on hand to supervise and help prepare the stadium for the spring.

San Jacinto's Patriots are reported to be planning to hit the field, in the coming months.
