Amarillo authorities are currently investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store that took place last week.
According to the Amarillo Police Department, on August 20, at 10:57pm, officers were called to an armed robbery at a convenience store in the 200 block of South Western. An unknown male suspect entered the store with a handgun and demanded money from the register. The suspect then left the store with an undisclosed amount of money. There were no injuries reported from this incident.
APD believes this suspect to the same suspect from two other reported armed robberies on the same night.
