Authorities are currently investigating a vandalism incident at an Amarillo splash pad.
According to Amarillo Crime Stoppers, on Sunday, June 27, it was discovered that the splash pad located at Medi-Park had been vandalized. The suspects in this case caused over $25,000 worth of damage.
The splash pad had originally been purchased for usage by Amarillo residents by Southwest Ambucs, officials said.
