Amarillo Sod Poodles fans went home on a cliffhanger on Monday night, as the Soddies’ home game was suspended due to heavy rain.
According to the Sod Poodles, the Monday night game against Midland was suspended in the sixth inning due to heavy rains, with plans to pick up the action again tonight. The game will be restarted in the bottom of the sixth with a 2-2 score on the board.
Game two of the series will also be played Tuesday night at Hodgetown.
