Governor Greg Abbott will participate in a town hall that is set to be televised across Texas next month.
On Tuesday, Abbott announced that he will participate in a televised town hall with Nexstar Media Group on Thursday, August 15th at 7PM. The town hall, according to Abbott’s office, will feature a back and forth between Abbott and moderators, followed by questions from the audience. The event will be broadcast live from the University of Texas at Tyler R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center.
Amarillo’s Nexstar station, KAMR-TV, will be the official broadcaster of the event for Amarillo.
