The City of Amarillo Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities will meet next week.
According to an agenda posted to Amarillo.gov, on Thursday, August 1st, board members will receive an update from Brad Thompson, Executive Director of the Hali Project, regarding “local issues, resources, and actions on behalf of disabled individuals in Amarillo.” Additionally, the board will consider specific amendments to the Amarillo City Transit Americans with Disabilities Compliance Plan.
In addition, the meeting will feature a public forum.
The meeting will begin at noon in Room 306 of Amarillo City Hall (601 South Buchanan).
