Crews with the Amarillo Fire Department earned a major kudos on Tuesday after rescuing a stranded dog from a sinkhole.
According to AFD, on Tuesday, “Shift A” worked for an hour to rescue a dog from a sinkhole. The dog fell into the sinkhole during the heavy rains early on Tuesday morning.
The act gained attention on social media and brought praise from the community for the Amarillo Fire Department.
