Early voting for the local elections in the Amarillo area is set to continue through Tuesday, April 30th, with Monday, April 29th also serving as an early voting day. No early voting will be offered over the weekend, marking a change from some previous elections.

In total, over 4,500 voters have already cast ballots in-person in Amarillo through Friday, with Friday’s numbers out of Potter County not yet available. Over 1,500 mail-in ballots have also been cast, as voters are deciding the races for Amarillo City Council, Amarillo Mayor, Amarillo ISD Board of Trustees, and Amarillo College Board of Regents.
