The Amarillo Zoning Board of Adjustment will discuss several proposals for variances during its meeting this week.
According to an agenda posted to Amarillo.gov, a number of variance requests will be addressed by the board on Thursday. The properties for which variances will be considered are located at 12 Ryan Palmer Ln, 3206 South Washington, 7513 Aspire Ln, and 1402 North Roosevelt. The proposals will address a variety of issues including fences, setbacks, and rental apartments.
A public comment session will be held at the conclusion of the meeting.
The board will meet on Thursday, October 10th at 4PM in Room 306 of Amarillo City Hall (601 South Buchanan).
