A person sought by local authorities on charges out of both counties is now in custody.
According to the Amarillo Police Department, authorities have apprehended Collin Brown. Brown, 28, was sought by local authorities on charges out of both Potter and Randall Counties. Authorities say Brown has located and has been taken into custody by local officials.
