A wanted person has been arrested.
According to the Amarillo Police Department, last week, officers arrested Jessica Black in the 2600 block of South Bowie. Black was wanted out of Potter County on a charge of Capital Murder. Authorities also increased a reward for her capture, prior to her arrest on Bowie Street.
