After a plumbing issue shut down the elevators at Amarillo City Hall, officials announced on Tuesday that this week's meeting of the Amarillo City Council has been moved to the Amarillo Civic Center.
This change is not expected to affect the time of the meeting or the agenda items. The meeting will only be streamed on Facebook Live.
