Amarillo Taxpayers PAC Announces Endorsements

The Amarillo Taxpayers Political Action Committee has announced the candidates it will be backing in March.

For the March 6th Republican primary election, the group announced its recommendations for voters early Monday morning. In a post on Facebook, ATPAC says that it chose its recommended candidates based upon "painstaking" research of the candidates and their records.

Members of the group announced they are backing Victor Leal and Mike Canon for Texas Senate; Drew Brassfield for State Representative; Len Walker for Potter County Court at Law; James Abbott for Randall County Court at Law; Carley Snider for Potter County District Clerk; Susan Allen for Randall County District Clerk; and Steven Denny for 320th District Judge.

The group is also opposing Senator Kel Seliger, Representative Four Price and 320th District Judge candidate Marcus Norris.
