An error on a property deed from nearly 30 years ago is set to be addressed during a meeting on this week.
On Tuesday, members of the Amarillo College Board of Regents will be discussing an error on a property deed from 1991. According to a memo from Potter County, the deed was originally executed by the chairman of the board in 1991 but an error was recently discovered. Sherri Aylor, Potter County Tax Assessor/Collector, requested that board members approve a change to the deed during Tuesday's meeting to bring issues up to standard.
Also during the meeting, board members will consider approving the sale of property in Hereford and the purchase of grant-funded equipment.
The meeting will take place at 6:45pm on Tuesday, January 23rd at the Amarillo College Washington Street campus.
