Emergency crews in Amarillo rescued a man today who was stuck inside of a collapsed trench in Southwest Amarillo.
Rescue crews were dispatched around noon, on the report of a collapsed trench. Officers reported that a man in his 50's was working inside of the trench and it collapsed when he stepped outside.
Amarillo Fire Department crews rescued the man from the trench.
The man was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
