WTAMU Campus Police to Host Justin Jones-Fosu

"The West Texas A&M University Police Department is joining with the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health, the Title IX office of WTAMU, Counseling Services, Student Medical Services, and the WTAMU Office of Student Engagement and Leadership to bring “Girls Night Out” and guest speaker Justin Jones-Fosu to campus.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26 in Legacy Hall in the Jack B. Kelley Student Center. It is part of a national movement focused on building trust, confidence, motivation and much more. Jones-Fosu, a full-time husband and father, is an international speaker, entrepreneur and author. He has spoken in four countries for more than 250 different organizations and serves as the president and chief inspirational officer of Justin Inspires International. Ebony Magazine named Jones-Fosu one of the “30 Young Leaders on the Rise,” and he received the “Hot Act” award by Campus Activities Magazine. He has been featured in SMART CEO, the Baltimore Business Journal and many other publications.

The University Police Department will have a table set up at the event, and all students are encouraged to stop by and make a pledge to Start By Believing to be a part of this important national initiative.

For more information about this campus event, contact St. Jack Hildebrand at 806-651-2301. Food and beverages will be provided, along with a T-shirt and a raffle with great gifts."
