Walter V. Wendler is set to be officially inaugurated as the 11th president of West Texas A&M University on Friday, September 15th.
Wendler, who assumed the role of WTAMU president in 2016, will officially be inaugurated on Friday. On August 20, 2016, Wendler took the role of WTAMU president, succeeding the retired Dr. Patrick O'Brien.
Invited guests will fill the Legacy Hall at WTAMU, while the public is invited to watch the ceremony from an overflow room. The ceremony will streamed in the Jack B. Kelley Student Center.
