When residents arrived at the eatery, they found shut doors and signs on the doors pointing to unpaid bills. The restaurant appears to be shut and is not serving any patrons.
A Google search for Ruby Tequila's yields a response that says the company's official website may be hacked and the Facebook page has been taken down, according to a Facebook search.
There is no word yet on what the plans are for the restaurants.
