The City of Amarillo issued a statement today reminding residents that May is Motorcycle Safety Month across the United States.
Residents are encouraged to look twice for motorcycles and to obey road regulations. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, an important road rule to remember is to share the road. For motorcycle drivers, helmets and basic cycle safety are encouraged.
